主講人簡(jiǎn)介:凱撒·德·普拉多博士

2002年畢業(yè)于歐洲大學(xué)研究所,研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槭澜缯谓?jīng)濟(jì)。2014年參與歐洲大學(xué)研究所全球治理項(xiàng)目。現(xiàn)任廣東國際戰(zhàn)略研究院外教,教授《歐洲研究經(jīng)典文獻(xiàn)導(dǎo)讀》課程,從事澳門歐洲研究所亞洲-歐洲比較研究項(xiàng)目。曾在日本東京歐盟-日本產(chǎn)業(yè)合作中心、西班牙巴塞羅那國際研究所、西班牙薩拉門卡大學(xué)、日本東京大學(xué)、比利時(shí)布魯日聯(lián)合作大學(xué)、瑞典蘭德大學(xué)、比利時(shí)布魯塞爾歐盟委員會(huì)、西班牙駐東京大使館貿(mào)易部和西班牙馬德里畢馬威會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)所工作。

嚴(yán)少華,廣東外語外貿(mào)大學(xué)云山青年學(xué)者,廣東國際戰(zhàn)略研究院研究員,香港大學(xué)歐洲研究博士。
2015年獲得比利時(shí)歐洲學(xué)院歐盟外交與國際關(guān)系碩士學(xué)位,曾在歐洲議會(huì)對(duì)外關(guān)系總司與歐洲議會(huì)圖書館從事訪問研究,研究主題包括歐盟政治、歐盟對(duì)外政策與中歐關(guān)系等。

Prof. César de Prado received in 2002 his PhD from the European University Institute (EUI.eu) in Florence with a thesis on Global Political Economy. He went back to the EUI in 2014 as a Distinguished Visiting Scholar in the Global Governance Programme.
Currently he teaches at GIIS a course on the European Union, and is also a research grantee at the Asia-Europe Comparative Studies Research Project of the Institute of European Studies in Macau.
In his distinguished academic and professional career he has been at the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation in Tokyo (Japan), Barcelona Institute of International Studies (Spain), University of Salamanca (Spain), University of Tokyo (Japan), College of Europe – United Nations University in Bruges (Belgium), University of Lund (Sweden), European Commission in Brussels (Belgium), Spanish Embassy’s Trade Section in Tokyo (Japan), and KPMG Peat Marwick in Madrid (Spain).
He can lecture in several European languages and is learning basic Chinese.
YAN Shaohua, Yunshan Youth Scholar of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and research fellow at the Guangdong Institute for International Strategies. He is finishing his Ph.D. at the University of Hong Kong. He is a graduate of the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium), where he studied EU International Relations and Diplomacy. He was a Visiting Researcher at European Parliament Archive and Documentation Center. His research areas include EU Politics, EU Foreign Policies and Sino-EU Relations.
